Runout Groove (formerly Cuppa Joe) performs acoustic classic rock with a modern edge and incredible three-part harmonies. A long-time Southern California favorite, the band is based in Thousand Oaks. Playing your favorites from The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Green Day and more, Runout Groove also loves to treat audiences to the occasional unexpected song, like Crystal Ship by The Doors or June Hymn by The Decemberists. They are a uniquely talented group not to be missed!
MICHELLE TYLER - Bass & Vocals:
As the front woman of the popular tribute to Fleetwood Mac, Mirage, Michelle has performed as Stevie Nicks nationwide and on AXS TV's “The Worlds Greatest Tribute Bands” as well as in the tribute praised by the real Stevie Nicks—Bella Donna. When not on the road or performing in her tribute bands, Michelle loves to play bass and sing with Runout Groove.
MARK BLASQUEZ - Guitar & Vocals:
A Bay Area native, Mark has been enveloped by music his whole life. As a multi-instrumentalist, producer and writer Mark has toured locally and internationally and has credits on multi-platinum albums, as well as hit TV shows, movie trailers and video games. From the big stage to an intimate wine bar, Mark enjoys playing, singing and connecting with audiences.
CHUCK MAIDEN - Guitar, Harmonica & Vocals:
Chuck has fronted bands in Los Angeles and Seattle, performing covers as well as his own material. His award-winning self-produced original solo work can be found on most streaming platforms. His music has been used on American and international television. He’s also known for his work as an animator on hit shows like King of the Hill, Cosmos and American Dad.
KEN DAYTON - Drums, Percussion & Accordian
Ken Dayton is a Chicago-born multi-instrumentalist. As a drummer and percussionist, he has performed with numerous local orchestras and theater pit ensembles. He brings a distinctive sound on drums—and occasionally accordion—to Runout Groove. He has also played piano and keyboards for several successful cover and tribute bands in the Los Angeles area. He currently serves as keyboardist for Heathers on Fire, a popular Ventura County band.
